Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30
Prices are trending steady to mostly firm for tenders; steady for boneless
skinless breasts and wings, steady to weak for dark meat items. Trucklot
buying activity is light to moderate for early week business as dealers
continue to monitor processing schedules. Offerings of tenders are in
good balance. Boneless skinless breasts are at least moderate, however,
bone-in breast are sufficient with buyers being very selective; dark meat
cuts and wings are moderate to heavy with thigh meat slow to clear, heavier
sized wings are in the better position. Market activity is slow to moderate.
